May I ask, what are the special regulations for purging the annular space and bottom of LNG storage tanks? What is the general purge time and what is the design purge gas speed? Thank you

The interlayer and bottom purge is not a time limit, it is a dew point detection of the exhaust gas. It only needs to be qualified for a continuous period of time. We had a gas flow requirement during the initial purge.
