Everyone keep up: When the diameter of the branch pipe is less than half of the main pipe, dig holes directly without using tees. If the branch pipe is smaller than 50mm, no reinforcement is required, otherwise reinforcement is required. When the diameter of the branch pipe is greater than or equal to half of the main pipe, tees are directly used. For pipes with a main pipe smaller than 40mm, socket welding tees are used, and for the rest, welded tees are used. At the same time, a material grade table from a certain compound is attached for your reference.~
The principle applies to general situations. If it is a lethal substance or dangerous content (such as strong acid), the 100% RT requirement must be connected with a tee or reducing tee, and intubation cannot be used. Basically, each piping spec has its own branching table, which is decided upon discussion between the process and piping personnel. It is not a rigid rule.
