In the original LMM process, was methanol not purchased?
Haha, interesting. Of course it was purchased; no output was generated when the large system had not yet been connected, and relying on distillation for supply was impossible. I remember when we were initially driving, we bought 1,500 tons from a methanol plant.
They are usually purchased from outside! Unless you have an old system for producing methanol!
Methanol purchased externally or produced using existing capacity.
Currently, the purchase price is over 2,000 per ton
The question is simple: use what you have if you have it, and buy one if you don’t.
If it is available in other workshops, contact them to have it brought to the methanol tank area for use; if not, it will have to be purchased from outside!
