I have a registration certificate (environmental protection) and I want to develop a design institute. I don’t know which design institute in Shanghai is better. I hope you can recommend it.

The best place to go is to a company that specializes in environmental impact assessments.

Why go to Shanghai? There are very few qualified people in Shanghai. It is better to go to Luoyang Engineering Company, Chengda, Tianchen, etc.
