I want to install a PSA nitrogen generator next to the LPG tank area. Are there any requirements regarding safety distances?
Pressure Swing Adsorption nitrogen generators, abbreviated as PSA nitrogen generators, are similar to air separation systems and can be considered to belong to Category C installations. According to GB50160-2008, the safety distance between liquid hydrocarbon storage tanks and Category C installations varies depending on the storage capacity, ranging from 40 to 60 meters. By the way: It’s been a while since I last saw you. You’re working with nitrogen around the irrigation area – is the air quality there good? It seems that air separation plants should be built in places with good ventilation and fresh air.
The nitrogen tank is right next to the LPG tank, so the manager prefers to place the nitrogen generator there; I don’t want to put it there either. But the distance isn’t that long either; it doesn’t need to be that long. Which brother from Wan Guang Wei is it?
