It is reported that this year’s quota allocation is primarily based on the actual export figures of various enterprises from January to October 2007 to 2009, and it continues to follow the principle of giving preference to manufacturing companies. This year, 18 enterprises in our province have been allocated 3.54 million tons of quotas, while in the same period last year 20 enterprises in our province received 3.32 million tons of quotas; this represents an increase of 220,000 tons this year compared to last year.
