Design standards for 45MPa air coolers

I’m seeking help from someone knowledgeable – do you know the design standards for air coolers operating at 45 MPa? I only know that GB150 and GB15386 are applicable to pressures below 35 MPa
The air cooler tube box is subject to pressure and constitutes a pressure vessel; 45 Mpa represents high pressure, and it should be designed in accordance with the analysis and design standards specified in JB4732.
