I would like to ask: are there any specified numbers of times or other requirements for the pressure testing of heat exchangers? Can it not be done whenever one wants to?
According to the \"Regulations on Safety Supervision of Pressure Vessels,\" prior to the pressure test, surface non-destructive testing must be carried out on the welds formed on-site in accordance with the relevant standards; after the pressure test, local surface non-destructive testing is performed as per applicable regulations. The pressure for the pressure test = 1.25 * maximum operating pressure (in terms of water pressure), and the pressure for the pressure test = 1.15 * maximum operating pressure (in terms of air pressure)
Generally, the voltage withstand test is conducted only once per maintenance cycle, with the effect of the test being confirmed jointly by the construction party and the client
