Is the job of producing ammonia considered a special type of job? Is it possible to retire early? Which ones apply to special types of work? Everyone is welcome to discuss this topic. **The relevant regulations are as follows: Labor Protection Regulation No. 6 specifies the standards and precautions for approving early retirement for certain types of workers. (1) Workers who engage in work in underground environments, at heights, in high-temperature conditions, or in tasks that require extreme physical effort, or those who are exposed to other health-harming conditions, whether they are currently performing such work or have done so in the past, may retire early in accordance with the provisions set out in the State Council’s Interim Measures regarding Workers’ Retirement and Resignation, provided that they meet one of the following conditions: ① Having worked in high-altitude or extremely physically demanding jobs for a total of 10 years** ； ②Those who have worked in high-temperature environments underground for a total of 9 years or more ； ③Those who have been engaged in other health-damaging occupations for a total of 8 years. ④Men who are 55 years old and women who are 45 years old, with 10 years of continuous service, may apply for retirement for special types of work ； Note: High-temperature work must comply with Grade 4 of the GB4200-84 standard \"Classification of High-Temperature Work\"

The special type of workers in ammonia synthesis plants mainly include: boiler operators, pressure vessel operators, plant motor vehicle drivers, crane operators, welders, and others. From the perspective of early retirement, there are two categories of ammonia synthesis plants that qualify: those exposed to toxic substances, and those with particularly heavy workloads. All the operators here are classified as those handling toxic substances (strictly speaking, some don’t qualify for this category, but it’s determined based on the pay slips; our pay slips only distinguish between workshops, not specific positions). Packagers and coal transport workers perform especially demanding tasks. Those who have worked in these roles for a total of 8 or 10 years can retire early (55 for men, 45 for women); this does not apply to those working in administrative positions (including production schedulers).
