Determination of pipe wall thickness

Dear sea friends, for pipes with a fixed outer diameter, how can we determine their inner diameter when choosing the material? I don’t have any relevant information available for selecting the appropriate value based on actual pressure and temperature. I hope someone kind will be able to share some information on this topic; I’m a beginner
There are relevant specification manuals that contain calculation formulas for straight pipes. Such as the “Training Manual for Approval Personnel for Pressure Pipeline Design”
