Which are the outstanding manufacturers of tubular heating furnaces in China? Could everyone please give some recommendations? It would be best if you have used their furnaces before. Thank you. (Total capacity: 1000 KW; fuel: dry gas; heating medium: light hydrocarbons, liquefied gas, etc.; outlet temperature of the medium: 500 degrees)
Recently we have built several tubular heating furnaces, and for gas use, automatic control is indeed beneficial and ensures safety. The gas system we designed replaces the self-priming combustion method of conventional tubular heaters with forced air supply using a blower; the volume of air and gas is adjusted proportionally to ensure complete combustion. The amount of gas is regulated based on the outlet temperature of the heating medium, and automatic ignition and flame detection are implemented. A interlock mechanism connects the flame signal to rapid shutdown and venting of the gas pipeline to ensure safety. In terms of energy savings, an air preheater is installed in the convection section, and the preheated hot air is sent to the burner as combustion air, thereby making further use of the thermal energy in the exhaust gases to achieve energy savings.
