Participate in the preparation of safety assessments, as well as in preliminary and formal evaluations, and work on safety standardization, thereby improving theoretical knowledge. 7. Continuously exchange ideas with other technical professionals to understand the real safety hazards associated with system operations. Study carefully the books issued by departments such as work safety supervision and quality supervision. 8. Continuously learn some basic laws; in addition to laws related to work safety and various separate regulations, it is also necessary to acquire some legal knowledge in order to be more persuasive when communicating with employees

In my opinion, the key to carrying out effective safety training is: 1. Clarifying the purpose of the training and setting a feasible goal. 2. Conduct training in light of the company’s actual conditions. 3. Continuously expand one’s knowledge. 4. Collect as much information as possible on safety education. 5. Adopt some practical teaching methods. Finally, summarize regularly, assess the shortcomings and strengths of past methods used in safety education, and pursue continuous improvement.

When safety training focuses on laws and regulations, standards, norms, and rules, it can be very boring, and trainees lose interest in it. If accident cases are used as part of the training, along with pictures and videos related to those cases, it yields much better results.
