In sulfuric acid production, at the stem of the SO3 electric control valve, smoke leakage often occurs during adjustment operations; please help think of a solution.
Use tetrafluoro filler. Keep the temperature as low as possible. We have managed to keep it confidential for 6 years.

Are you referring to the large valves in the conversion section that LZ asked about? The stress in this working environment is so low; it should be manageable. As for working with liquid sulfur trioxide, I haven’t used it before so I’m not sure, but the F4 filler should work fine, right? It’s very likely that the valve stem mentioned on the 3rd floor is no longer functional. Personal opinion
