It is mainly based on the need to increase the pump’s head; at the rated flow rate, the designed pressure rise of the pump, that is, the maximum pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, is 2.0 Mpa
Personally, I don’t think there’s any major issue with the pump; it’s likely cavitation is occurring due to insufficient suction volume
Perhaps I didn’t explain it clearly enough: at the time of leaving the factory, the vertical distance between the installation level of the hydraulic pump and the level of the suction tank is approximately 9 meters; Suction is primarily achieved by the primary centrifugal impeller. In actual use, the pressure of LPG in underground tanks remains basically between 0.3 and 0.7 Mpa; feel free to share your experiences
