Regarding the EPC turnkey contract

We are a design company, and we plan to undertake EPC projects in the near future. An EPC contract generally consists of three main parts: the agreement clause, general terms, and special terms. Is it necessary to include an additional contract for construction project design as well (given that the contents of related contracts vary depending on the project)? What are the essential clauses (factors) in a general contract? I earnestly request advice from fellow sea lovers
If it is a general contract, there is no need to add a construction project design contract. In the general contract, key clauses that are essential include those regarding the selection and use of subcontractors, their scope of responsibilities, the scope of procurement, the payment of progress payments, safety expenses, and so on.
