The Basic Engineering Design Packages to be provided shall include all the data and specifications specified in this Section. They shall be delivered in 12 copies, bound properly and made from durable, high-quality materials, along with one copy of the original editable electronic files in CD format, to constitute a complete set. The designers/licensors shall send these documents to the Owner’s office by air mail or through an air carrier. Any additional copies required for approval or submission to other departments shall be provided as extra copies in addition to the 12 copies mentioned above.

The original design package shall contain all the necessary data and specifications, along with 12 copies bound properly in durable materials, plus one CD containing the original editable electronic files. The initial designer or authorized party shall send the aforementioned documents by airmail or through an airline to the owner’s office. In addition to the 12 copies mentioned above, any additional approved documents or multidisciplinary materials should be prepared as supplementary files.
