There’s a problem with your question itself – at the very least, you should know what the flow rate or circulation volume in the pipeline is. Or calculate it by knowing the pump’s flow rate.

Determine the pipe diameter based on the flow rate. Your question is backwards. The flow rate is determined based on the user's requirements and the resistance of the piping system. Design institutes prefer to set the circulation water flow rate within the range of 1.5 to 2.5 m/s.
