How should the HTC in a heat exchanger be selected appropriately?

While working on heat exchange calculations, I found that the choice of HTC has a significant impact on the calculation of the heat exchange area. How should one select an appropriate HTC? Can all four property constants involved in the HTC calculation be found in Aspen? I searched for a long time but couldn’t find the property known as conductivity
Guess, maybe it should be the thermal conductivity? The other 3: density, viscosity, specific heat capacity.
