Is it a risk assessment for non-routine operations? It’s too troublesome; the report isn’t finished yet while the work has already been done. Can it be condensed into a single table, just like a hot work permit?
What I mean is that if this process is used to conduct a risk assessment for unconventional operations, the information provided is comprehensive enough, but it’s too complicated. Could it be simplified a bit, made more concise? It would be ideal if it could be presented in a single table.

It should be a routine job risk assessment; if it involves unconventional tasks, things become too complicated. Nevertheless, relevant insights can still be drawn from it, as thorough work is always better.
In fact, for maintenance work and hot work, as long as the work permit is obtained, a risk analysis has already been carried out! For routine tasks or minor renovations in one’s own business, this must be done before starting the work. A registered safety engineer within the company can be requested to conduct a risk assessment and produce a written record. And after the risk assessment, corresponding occupational health and safety measures are proposed, so that during construction, emphasis is not placed solely on project development at the expense of safety and environmental protection! During the final project acceptance, a risk assessment and inspection of the approved drawings are carried out first, followed by an on-site standard inspection!
