How should identical materials published in different sections be handled?

I noticed that some standards, after being posted in the Standards section, were posted by forum members in other sections as well, and the quality of the attachments in those cases was clearly better than those posted initially in the Standards section. For example, in GB 24511-2009 for stainless steel sheets and strips used in pressure equipment, those released in the standard section come with a watermark indicating free access; their clarity and printing quality are poor. In contrast, those released in the container section have excellent clarity and no watermark. What should be done in this situation? Also, is the release of standards limited to standard areas, or can it be done in other areas as well? If it is the latter, then there is no need for a standard zone to exist separately.
Personal opinion: First item: The one that maintains good effects； Second item: Suggestions can be sent to various other sections; after they are posted, the moderators of each section can move them to the standard sharing area (with standard sections related to each section being created below the standard sharing area at most). It is also possible to retain the standard sections in each partition, and grant the moderators of the standard area greater privileges to manage the standard sections across all partitions, thereby preventing duplicate or invalid standards from appearing that the moderators of the standard partitions cannot handle.

If it’s the same person who posted them, it’s recommended to provide guidance while deleting one of them! If different members post the same thread, it is recommended to keep the earlier one!
If they are topic posts posted by the same person, it is recommended to merge them and delete one, keeping the one with more replies and better quality.
