The issue of exchanging wealth for charm

This post was last edited by Final Fantasy on 2010-1-22 09:27. I recently noticed that wealth cannot be exchanged for charm; it always shows that the remaining amount is less than 20, when in fact it’s far more than 20. What’s going on?
No problem, it was just replaced today; everything is normal
Why can’t I change it? Frustrated! Are there any requirements?
