Humidification using process condensate saturated tower

The raw material gas enters from the bottom of the saturated tower and comes into counter-current contact with the process condensate entering from the top of the tower to complete the mass and heat transfer process and humidify the raw material gas.
The process of our installation is like this: The natural gas is in counter-current contact with the desalted water entering from the top of the humidification tower. The tower is equipped with a stainless steel saddle ring, and a certain liquid level is maintained in the tower. The humidification tower is opened and ready. The pressure of desalted water must be greater than the pressure of natural gas to prevent natural gas from escaping into the desalted water system. The purpose of humidification is to remove COS from natural gas so that it can be converted into inorganic sulfur and then absorbed by the desulfurizer.
