Under what circumstances is supervision and inspection required for industrial metal pipes? The design pressure is 1.3 Mpa, the design temperature is 190 degrees, the medium is saturated steam, and the nominal diameters are DN40 and DN25. Does this mean that DN40 requires inspection, while DN25 does not?
In practical cases, pipelines with a nominal diameter of less than 25 mm are often not subject to inspection, nor is registration for their use required.
First, clarify the definition of pressure pipelines. Generally, such pipelines require supervision and certification; pipelines with a diameter of DN25 or more and a pressure of 0.1 Mpa or higher fall under the category of pressure pipelines that need to be supervised.
