Problems with the oxygen pump

This post was last edited by yxmqh on 2010-1-18 at 12:15. There is noise when the oxygen pump is turned over at room temperature (noise caused by friction between the impeller collar and the impeller). Can it be operated? Could an accident occur?
Open. . . Open. . . Open. . . Just kidding! This already demonstrates the importance of turning the machine over; the most basic purpose of doing so is to check whether there is any interference between the moving parts.
The question is too vague, just like the attitude taken toward equipment issues. Knowing it’s an issue with the impeller mouth ring, still want to open it? Open it and check!
Absolutely do not turn it on – the problem has already been identified yet it isn’t being addressed; this is not allowed during equipment maintenance
