Steps for localizing ASPENPLUS+HYSYS languages:

(1) Install A+7.1. (2) Download the two patch packages and the localization installer from http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-586994-1-1.html. (3) Install HYSYS—PATCH1, PATCH2, and the localization program in sequence. (4) Connect to the APED database; in Properties–Database Manager, right-click to register it: Server: (local computer name\SQLEXPRESS), USER: apeduser, Password: Aprop100, then wait for it to be detected. . . Simply select APV71, FACTv71, and NISTV71 (three times each). (5) Start menu – anpentech – process modeling-language utility; select Chinese (Simple). Most of the interfaces in HYSYS have been localized, while in ASPENPLUS only the warning boxes have been translated

Redownload it. I don’t dare to deal with this thing anymore; even the slightest problem takes a long time to resolve. It looks fine in English as well
