For design-focused use, which ones are good besides Tianchen?
CNOOC Tianjin has a good design institute.
CNOOC Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute is located at No. 3 Dingzigu Road, Hongqiao District, Tianjin; Tianjin Chemical Design Institute is in Nankai District, Tianjin. Tianjin Bohai Chemical Group Planning and Design Institute is situated in Tanggu District, Tianjin. CNPC Tianjin Engineering Technology Research Institute is also in Tanggu District, Tianjin. Hebei Petrochemical Design Institute Co., Ltd.’s Tianjin branch is located in Huayuan Industrial Park. Tianchen also has its own third-sector business, which is a design company named Tianjin Chenli Technology Development Co., Ltd. I guess there’s nothing really good except Tianchen
CNOOC Sweet Fermented Rice Chemical Engineering Design Institute is quite good.

I think Tianjin Cement Design Institute is even better than Tianchen
They’re more or less the same; it depends on what you do.
There seems to be also Sinopec Tianjin Petrochemical; the specifics aren’t quite clear.
