I am designing a oil depot, where the oil tanks are 22 meters higher than the oil dispensing area. The required head is 32 meters; can I use a pump with a head of 24 meters?

If the oil is to be transported from the discharge site to the tank, and you calculate that the pump head required is 32 m (which should include a height difference of 22 m), while the actual pump head selected is 24 m, then this choice of pump head is unreasonable. If it is a centrifugal pump, the flow rate of the pump may be much lower than its rated flow rate ; If it is a positive displacement pump, it should not be able to achieve pressure. If it is a hair oil, with such a high potential difference, self-flowing hair oil could be considered. Otherwise, a head of 24m as an oil feed pump is too high, and such a pump is also unreasonable.
