Acceptance of SSI plunger pumps

We recently bought two SSI plunger pumps, and to save money, we didn’t ask a technician to install and adjust them. We plan to inspect the goods ourselves. I would appreciate suggestions from colleagues with relevant experience or background on what details should be paid attention to. Thank you
1. Is the outer packaging intact? 2. Do all components match those listed on the packing list and are they in good condition? In particular, no attachments should be missing. 3. Are the certificates of conformity and other quality documents available? 4. Are all technical documents present? 5. Are the operating conditions and installation environment met?
