The cutting tool I’m referring to is one used for cutting polymers. Polymers are very resilient, and since the tool often breaks, production cannot proceed smoothly. I would like to ask how the material of the tool or its design can be improved in order to extend its service life. Note: The knife I use has a ring-shaped structure with four blades, which are mounted on an axis; rotation of this axis is used to cut the gel. There is also a stationary blade plate with holes at the front
There are now technologies that can coat the blade surface, and the results are good.
