Recently, for work, I needed to create a condition diagram for a plate heat exchanger – the type of diagram required in equipment condition diagrams as part of the process package design. Since I have never used this type of heat exchanger before, I don’t know how to draw it. I would appreciate it if the experts at Haichuan could help me out; it’s urgent! Thank you first from me! :)
Specify the process conditions: the diameter, temperature, and pressure of the inlet and outlet pipes for the materials; the diameter, temperature, and pressure of the inlet and outlet pipes for the utility systems; the heat exchange area; as well as the type of material used for the materials or equipment. These parameters are sufficient. After that, a professional plate heat exchanger manufacturer can provide the drawings, so there is no need to draw them oneself – it’s pointless
Is it that table of requirements provided by the design institute to the manufacturer? If so, send a message in the station’s messaging system to leave your inbox address, and I’ll send it to you
Generally, a drawing requires several rounds of verification; the first round provides the necessary conditions for the manufacturer to carry out the design. Upon receiving the drawings for the second time, after checking against the requirements, the manufacturer proceeded with further modifications ; If necessary, go to the manufacturer’s site to conduct on-site inspections
Agree with the person above; it’s a very practical method.
Provide the process parameters so you can choose a suitable option
Medium parameters, design pressure, design temperature, heat load, temperatures at the four inlets and outlets, flow rates on both sides, material requirements, etc. Provide these details to professional manufacturers of plate heat exchangers – preferably those with a good reputation in the domestic market. After all, such manufacturers ensure that both the design of the heat exchanger and its quality are up to standard, and they will recommend the most suitable plate heat exchanger for you. The areas selected by different manufacturers also vary greatly.
