Fortran source code used by Aspen

I am using Aspen 2006.5 version. Is Intel Visual Fortran 11 and Visual Studio 2005 required? But I can’t find the download sources for these two software programs. Could some expert provide a website link for downloading them?
It can be downloaded, but it’s better to use Aspen11.1; version v f 6.0 is sufficient
2# For transplanting piglets, v f 6.0 Aspen2006 can also be used; however, I’ve seen programs written by others that keep producing errors when run with Intel Fortran, and Intel Fortran can be downloaded from eMule.
Both Intel Visual Fortran 9.1 and Visual Studio 2003 are compatible with Aspen 2006, and both of these components can be downloaded from the Internet.
