The sampling ropes for sampling buckets used with flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals must meet anti-static requirements. Is it necessary to conduct anti-static testing on the sampling ropes attached to these sampling buckets? If testing is required, who will carry out the testing?

Clause 6.3.7 of GB/T12158-2006 \"General Guidelines for Preventing Static Electricity Accidents\" stipulates that sampling devices, thermometers, and measuring instruments made of metal should be grounded during use. Tools with anti-static functions should be used when conditions permit. For ropes made of synthetic materials and dipsticks used in equipment such as samplers, thermometers, and length measuring devices, the resistance per unit length should be between 1×10(5) ohms/meter and 1×10(7) ohms/meter; alternatively, the surface resistance and volume resistivity should be less than 1×10(10) ohms and 1×10(8) Ω·m, respectively. These are electrostatic subconducting materials. Therefore, regular testing is required.

Our sampling rope is quite short; we mainly take samples from the vehicle. Do we need to measure that as well?
