I am from Yantai and want to go back to Yantai to work. I saw on the Internet that there is a Yantai Chemical Design Institute. I wonder how strong this design institute is? What are the prospects for undergraduates in this design school? I personally like to engage in design work very much. I don’t know whether it is difficult for undergraduates to enter design schools. How is the treatment you can get at the beginning? How is the salary calculated? Is it related to the professional title? Anyone who knows can give some guidance!
I only know that Yantai Industrial Design Institute is located near Laishan Jiuji Building. I have dealt with them before.
It should be no problem to get in through 211
If you want to enter a design school, or have a bachelor's degree, don't consider the salary first, but look at the prospects. In the first few years of design school, I basically just studied * , and can't create any benefits, so the salary in the first 1-2 years is just enough. After a few years, it depends on your own ability. If you do more projects and get some bonuses, it will be good. In a few years, it will be even better if you become a project manager.
What you said above is right, I just started learning* royal road
It seems that I am not strong enough. A classmate of mine entered 3 years ago. After working for a year, he changed jobs and went to Beijing. My undergraduate school is not a 211, so it seems that it should be easier to get into.
I went to the company the day before yesterday to check it out. It’s not big, and many of them have graduated one or two years ago. The dean said that we need to recruit talents with intermediate professional titles or above and more than three years of work experience. You can bring new people to the company. I talked about some of my experiences, and the dean left my phone number. I didn’t know if it would be successful. The salary there is more than a thousand, but it's very close to my hometown. Looking forward to it!
Haha, now it’s time to get a job first and then choose a career.
It's not a very big hospital, and the treatment is pretty average. But since I like this profession, as long as I work hard, I can achieve something great.
