Oil lubrication means that the cylinder is lubricated with oil, and oil-free lubrication means that the cylinder is without oil lubrication.
Oil lubrication is our ordinary reciprocating compressor. The cylinder and piston are oil-lubricated. The oil-free piston ring is made of self-lubricating material and does not require lubricating oil, so the cylinder works in an oil-free state and is used to compress oxygen or materials that require high purity.
