I've never done this, but I've seen it happen. The raw materials are stirred in the reactor, and the ingredients are only approximate. Each ton of finished product requires about 800 kilograms of formaldehyde, about 500 kilograms of triamine, and a portion of urea. In short, it is difficult for this project to pass the environmental protection test because the pollution is too serious.

Formaldehyde is fed into the reactor through a metering pump. This is an intermittent reaction. The ratio of triamine to formaldehyde is different for each manufacturer.
