As the title suggests, if the medium flowing through the pipeline is low-temperature ethylene, a safety valve is installed to prevent pressure increases resulting from the vaporization of ethylene when the temperature rises, thereby protecting the safety of the atmospheric-pressure storage tanks. Since its activation frequency is higher than that of other safety valves, would it be possible to install it at a lower position for easier operation? Would a slightly open safety valve still function in such a location? Thank you!

Furthermore, the fluid accumulation affects the overall temperature reduction at the safety valve, thereby impacting the opening pressure of the valve. If it cannot be avoided, install a collection box at the outlet of the safety valve and recover it.
