Take a look at this; your answer is on it: «TSG R3001-2006 Rules for Licensing the Installation, Modification, and Repair of Pressure Vessels». It seems that for pressure vessels inside refrigerators, only notification is required, without any inspection.
Reply to 9# Reflections on Life: The regulations have been updated; Chapter 1.3.4 must be followed regarding installation, modification, and maintenance. Regular quarterly inspections and record-keeping are no longer required. The same for the others.
