Today, companies are using an increasing number of special equipment, and the processes involved are becoming more and more complex. The management of such special equipment has always been a key focus and challenge in our **equipment management efforts. I hope that through this post, I can discuss with everyone the current status of safety management for special equipment in various companies, the existing problems and corresponding solutions, as well as suggestions. The existing problems are described in detail, and the current situation and root causes of these problems are analyzed in order to identify appropriate countermeasures and suggestions; such countermeasures and suggestions should be targeted and actionable.

In our organization, a dedicated functional unit has been established by the Logistics Department to handle management. It is primarily responsible for managing matters such as the registers of special equipment, regular inspections, allocation, updates, disposal, management procedures, personnel training, and operating procedures.
