Overview: The three-screw pump is a rotary positive-displacement pump that utilizes the principle of screw meshing; the rotating screws mesh with each other within the pump casing, enclosing the fluid to be transported within the meshing chamber and pushing it steadily and continuously in the axial direction of the screws toward the discharge outlet, thereby providing stable pressure for the system. Three-screw pumps are suitable for various non-corrosive oils, similar oils, and lubricating liquids. The viscosity range of the liquid being transported is generally 3.0–760 mm2/s (1.2–100 oE); high-viscosity fluids can be transported by reducing their viscosity through heating. Its temperature does not exceed 350°C. The LQ3G insulated screw pump (insulated asphalt pump) produced by our company is primarily used for transporting highly viscous and high-temperature lubricant liquids. It is commonly used for transporting media such as asphalt fuel oil and heavy gear oil. The heat carrier can be steam, hot oil, and hot water, while the cold carrier can be gases and liquids.
