Help with translating chemical engineering English terms

I have been organizing documents from my workplace these past few days, and there are some English abbreviations in them. I would like to know what the corresponding full English words are; please help me out with this. Thank you very much. 1. Powder Engineering MT: What I found is “powder technology”, which does not match. 2. Equipment FE: Similarly, the term I found is “equipmen”. 3. Instruments EA. 4. Electrical systems EH. 5. Telecommunications EL. 6. Construction CE. 7. HVAC HA. 8. General planning PL. 9. Cost estimation BE. 10. Civil construction management VM
Estimate BE is short for Budget Estimate
