Thread Content
I saw a post from the moderator indicating that we have a section dedicated to recruitment for stress analysis tasks, but why hasn’t that section been established yet? When will it be established? I also want to become a technical discussant or something, to discuss issues related to pipeline stress analysis with everyone; I’m not sure how to apply for that.
It will take some time before a dedicated section for pipeline stress analysis is established. The applications for technology discussants in 2010 have not yet started. Feel free to join at that time. If you’re interested, you can also apply to be a moderator first.
Quickly have the super moderator post a thread, so I can apply to be a technical discussant or something.
It is highly recommended to establish a dedicated section for pipeline stress analysis: handshake
That is, create a dedicated area where everyone can gather to discuss and exchange ideas
It is recommended to establish a dedicated section for pipeline stress analysis
I also recommend establishing a stress analysis zone
Actually, this section is not yet fully developed. I hope everyone can first gather the issues together, and then work together to solve them and improve as a group!
I have a question: is pipeline stress analysis mainly done by large companies or design institutes? I feel that small and medium-sized enterprises simply ignore it outright, or they cheat. I only know a little, so please correct me. Also, regarding CII tutorials, are there any good ones you can recommend?
Summary post for the software development section: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-613790-1-1.html Here you can find a collection of various posts related to CII. You can take a look. Also, stress calculation is not required for all pipes. It depends on factors such as medium parameters and pipe diameter, etc. If stress calculation is required. It’s best not to resort to deception. It’s too late to regret an accident once it happens. Pressure pipelines also need to be reviewed. I guess what you mean by ignoring directly are ordinary pipes.
Okay, thank you, the wonton moderator, for the answer.
