The ISM type vibrating screen, with specifications of 950*1600, has been experiencing problems such as cracking of the cover plates and wall panels over time, along with poor flow of the conveyed material. What is the reason for these problems?
Now I suspect the screen mesh size is too small.
The screen body is deformed or there are issues with the installation of the vibration motor, resulting in excessive excitation force.
