As usual, a quantitative assessment is conducted on the work performed by forum moderators during the month. Those with a comprehensive evaluation score below 1200 points will receive a bonus amount corresponding to that score, while those with a score above 1200 points will get a fixed bonus of 1200 wealth points. Please indicate your bonus amount (wealth, charm, prestige) when posting replies.       Unqualified moderators are downgraded to regular moderators, while unqualified regular moderators are removed from their positions outright. Regular moderators who achieve excellent performance in assessments for two consecutive months can be promoted to moderators. Outstanding moderators (real* moderators) will be given additional value rewards.              All moderators (including assistants) in the coal chemical industry section are requested to reply to this post; other unrelated individuals should not do so.
