Dear experts, I need the format for shift handover records in the production workshop, as well as information on which type of handover system is most durable. I also need the format for assessment notices issued by the production department to the workshops. Could everyone please help me out with this? Let’s share our ideas! !
Our shift handover records are very simple, consisting of three parts. The first part deals with the degree to which the issues from the previous shift have been resolved, as well as those that have been resolved； The second part covers the production status of this shift, as well as the progress level – where things stand at the moment ； The third section consists of the problems identified in this shift that have not yet been resolved, and they are handed over to the next shift for handling, corresponding to the first section. The specific format is very simple; there’s nothing special about it. Just pay attention to the dates, schedules, etc. I’m not sure if this will be helpful to the original poster
