The iron removal issue in coal preparation and loading

Could anyone suggest a solution? The washed coal that our factory uses as fuel comes from external suppliers, and before it is crushed, there are always iron pieces and other solids that are difficult to crush that end up in the crusher. Do you have any good ideas? (Our factory does have an iron remover.) Is it possible to use a vibrating screen before crushing?
You can buy some magnetic iron removers; just do a search online to find them.
With over dozens of magnetic rods, there should be no problem.
A staged iron removal method can be adopted, with additions.
When using an electromagnetic magnetizer, it needs to have high power; in addition, it should be used in conjunction with a metal detector.
A drum-type magnetic separator can be used! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
What type of iron remover do you use? The belt-type permanent magnet magnetic separator works quite well.
For iron removers, I think electromagnetic iron removers are better; permanent magnet ones are not effective at removing iron that has stuck to them. Regarding the installation location of the iron remover, I think it’s better to install two of them in front of the crusher.
Tapping devices are installed above the end of the coal feeding belt and on the stacker-reclaimer
A permanent-magnet suspension dust collector will do.
