It depends crucially on the **human and financial resources invested in that research project**. With enough manpower and funds, there is nothing that can’t be done!
2# sdhklh: It seems that Dongyue’s ion exchange membrane was taken out of production in September 2009. It is currently under testing; I’m not sure how the tests are going. Does anyone who knows know anything about this?
