Manhole test pressure

After the manhole is installed on the equipment. Is the test pressure the same as that for flanges, namely not more than 1.5 times the maximum shock-free operating pressure at 20 degrees?
Manholes generally use the HG flange standard, so the water pressure can be set at 1.5 times the maximum shock-free operating pressure of the flange at 20 degrees
The manhole standards also include a pressure-temperature parameter table, but it has not been compared to see if it is consistent with that of the flanges. The test pressure should match that of the equipment, with a pressure rating higher than that of the equipment, to ensure successful testing.
