Corrosion prevention issues in high-pressure air cooling for hydrogenation

There are already many cases of corrosion penetration in the high-pressure air cooling tubes for hydrocracking reaction products in China. Are there any controls in place regarding feed oil, water injection, flow rate, etc.? What material is generally used? Titanium tubes don’t seem to be reliable.
