Faults in low-flow specialty pumps

One of our plants is equipped with an XW-2/100 special pump, manufactured by Zhejiang Cangnan County Special Pump Co., Ltd. This is a low-flow special pump with a flow rate of 2 M3/H and a head of 190 m. After it was repaired, it started to vibrate severely; the pressure at the outlet valve when it is closed is 1.2 MPa, compared to 1.7 MPa before the repair. The pressure has dropped significantly, and as a result the pump cannot be used. I’m not sure what the cause is. The impeller seal is in good condition – could there be an issue with the gap adjustments? If anyone knows the answer, please advise me. Thank you.
I wonder if the poster has checked the inlet filter? Was the axial position of the impeller adjusted during maintenance? That is, the thickness of the shaft sleeve gasket affects the position of the impeller. Does the impeller seal mentioned by the poster refer to the ring gap? What size is the impeller? What’s the gap?
