Purifying the solution – this is the main method
1. The equipment has passed purging and chemical cleaning prior to production; 2. Use a filter with good filtering capacity ; 3. Add antifoaming agent.
During normal operation, it is sufficient to enhance the filtration of the solution to remove corrosion products; in the event of a shutdown, the entire absorption and regeneration system must be manually cleaned.
Filter the lean solution, add retardants and antioxidants, and start the distillation vessel promptly to maintain the cleanliness of the solution
The main reason for liquid accumulation is impurities in the solution (foamers, foam stabilizers, etc.). It is recommended to improve the filtration of the solution; especially when liquid accumulation occurs frequently, filters with high filtration precision should be used. Analyzing the solution concentration again, it is recommended to increase the solution concentration appropriately (within the design range); ideally, an appropriate amount of fresh solution should be added. The use of antifoam agents is not recommended, as they are themselves surfactants, unless the liquid level cannot be restored for an extended period of time. When adding a defoamer, it is important to first shut down the activated carbon-type adsorption filter to prevent the defoamer from being absorbed. I believe your factory must have its own emergency response plans and methods for dealing with liquid accumulation in the towers.
